Are gloves of parrying good/bad for 1-hand weapons

Your current gloves have +3 Dex and Dex boosts the SH you get from shields too.

To be clear generally gloves of parrying is good, but it appears you have so much shield skill that +3 Dex (with the tower shield) is giving you more SH than the gloves of parrying would haha
