I was reading non identified scrolls, and found that:
the 1st one was a butterflies scroll
the 2nd one was a poison scroll
the 3rd one was a scroll of immolation
Butterflies inner flame destroyed me

This is why I go up/down stairs after summon or butterfly scrolls when iding scrolls.
