Do you think Mark of Haemoclasm (explosions on kills) or Mark of Executioner (occasional rampage + aux attacks) is stronger in the current game?
Rampage has become a lot more accessible I feel, now that it can spawn on random randarts. But nowadays rampage also stacks, so it’s not like the Executioner rampage would be wasted if you already get it from an item.
