I made a fork of DCSS and I'm excited to share it :)

I used the 0.19.5 version of the game as the fork’s base. The fork includes the gnome and mountain dwarf species restored, a few class reworks, a few new classes including a paladin zealot class with an oathbreaker/fallen paladin path, a bit more blood and gore, a reworked food/hunger system, a mechanical identity for M&F, and DUAL WIELDING!!!11!!!1!! (balanced trust me bro)

With this fork, I set out to simply make a version of the game that I personally find perfect. With that said, I’m sure there will be a few pain points for other people who (hopefully) play my fork. The biggest one being that I removed autopickup completely, I nerfed axe cleave to be much more reasonable imo, and I made all wands completely unidentified until the player witnesses their first zap. I think maybe some people might not like those specific changes idk lol.

I work a full time job and try to spend as much time as i can with my wife so I’m really happy that this project is finally done and I can give it to you guys.

Intersting to see a lesser fork here.

I’m curious what features you are thinking of adding to the game. Any new gods or species (aside from gnome)?

Everything I added or changed can be read from the link to GitHub I posted, or “FORKCHANGELOG.txt” in the game’s directory when you download it

Yeah, I know that. I just wanted to know if you’re going to do any more work or or make any more modifications to the fork, as well as what future changes you are thinking of.

OHH my bad! No I think I’m done. Maybe I’ll add more stuff in the future. Its a small fork in comparison to the others for sure but I’m happy with it. Sorry for my misunderstanding of your question though
