That’s only a ghost, perhaps the player is already banned? I’m not sure it’s a good idea to manually mess with bones files (the files that create these ghosts)
the player account is on CDI and has been active only since the beginning of the Tourney.
just noticed that CDI has a Code of Conduct that stipulates among other things: “2. Don’t use obscene account or clan names.”
So how is MassiveBlowjob not obscene?!?!? 
Have you reported this on the Crawl Discord? I think there are a lot of Devs there, at least. Maybe one of them can do something?
