bcrawl is under development, but the introduction of new features has slowed a lot.

You can get in contact with bhauth (the dev) via the discord, where he usually answers questions pretty quickly. Discord server is specified on the bcrawl/README.md at master · b-crawl/bcrawl · GitHub
