I found a second acquirement scroll in a Bailey.
I used the acquirement scroll in the Bailey to acquire a nice medusa talisman with rF+++, rCorr plus some other goodies on top. Great to slap on my Merfolk with polearms for support, plus I previously acquired an artifact Ice Dragon Armor with rC+++ and the talisman would instantly fix my rF- situation.
I switch my shapeshifting skill on.
Exit the bailey.
Realize I never picked up the randart talisman from the ground in the Bailey.
Needless to say, I was a bit mad. But the run lives on.
Dang. Yeah I always have to remember to pick up the item too. Never done that (yet) though.
