Before anyone says it, yes, I know I can just wait until the Abyss warps me somewhere else, and yes, I ended up winning this run.

I find those a bit nerve-wracking, depending on how deep you are. It seems like you can just wait to get shifted to a new part of the Abyss, but monsters are generated while you wait and there can be quite a shock if the walls are suddenly opened. I often read teleportation to force the shift.
