Let’s say, a Spriggan, with top stealth, 10 fighting, 15 in short blades, 25 dexterity, wielding a +9 quick blade(unbranded), what are your chances of stabbing TRJ successfully?
The answer is actually pretty high: 98.63%.
Now, what about a +7 rapier?
Slightly lower - 98.1%.
Now, what about a +5 dagger?(Don’t tell me you haven’t got a +5 dagger by now!)
The +5 dagger actually performs the best: 99.81%.
I know this is absurd, but considering the fact that daggers stab somewhat better, it is actually acceptable. I ran a monte-carlo program to test it, and did wizmode tests with Pseudo TTY script as well. PTY script confirmed my results.
