I wanted to share this one because I had a lot of fun with it. Despite the Ne start, this turned into one of the most effective melee brutes I’ve ever played: first game where I’ve been able to tab Orbs of Fire. I eventually died after clearing Zot when I decided to look for the abyssal rune and came unstuck.
Mad Mage’s Maulers plus solid weaponry plus rampage plus decent AC/EV/SH proved to be an enjoyable combination. Excellent resists, though I could have done with some more Will… and the *Slow on the armour probably did me no favours. But it was a great run while it lasted!
