Currently, the “skull of Zonguldrok” unrand description is the following:
The skull of a legendary necromancer, seemingly parted from the rest of his body. It seems disinclined to explain the precise circumstances of its ending up in this state, but offers no objection to others siphoning what considerable necromantic power still remains in his ancient bones.
Reaping: When you kill an enemy with your weapon, its spirit may be forced to fight for you.
Hat+: You can equip an additional hat (on the skull).
rN+ It protects you from negative energy.
Int+4: It affects your intelligence (+4).
The issue here is that none of this tells you where the skull will actually be equipped.
I assumed I would be wearing it as a helmet, and then could wear another hat on top of that. But you hold it in your offhand like an orb, which led to a confusing moment where I equipped what I thought was a helmet through the “wear” command and was forced to unequip my 2-handed weapon, and vice versa when requipping my 2-handed weapon.
Right now the only way you’d tell it goes in the offhand slot is through what’s listed in the ‘Stash Search prefixes’ at the bottom, which I am confident most players do not read.
Unfortunately, I got it through acquirement which was a big waste since I’m heavily invested in said 2-hander… so, I think this description should be tweaked to mention that you will be holding it in your offhand if you equip it.
