Added “Live games” section to the main page and also https://dcss-stats.com/live-games page to view all currently running games an all live servers

This is really cool! The official dcss website technically has a page for spectating games similar to this one but it no longer works well for whatever reason. I am happy to see it resurrected on dcss-stats!
