Currently, if one examines a parchment, one sees a generic blurb about “a page from a spellbook” and the name of the spell. You then have to click on the name of the spell in order to learn anything actually useful (e.g. what the spell does, what schools it requires, what would be its current failure rate and spellpower). This makes some kind of sense with books containing multiple spells, but with parchments why not give the player the actually useful info directly on examining it?
